2024-25 Schedule
Morning classes are in person four (4) days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). All in-person classes will also have 2 hours of Distance Learning a week, as directed by their teacher.

ESL Academic Applications Classes
ESL Academic Applications Classes
Academic Classes are designed to build academic reading and writing skills to reinforce ESL and transfer to career training or college.
Citizenship Classes Available (High and Low Available)
Preparation for the U.S. naturalization interview and examination. Overview of American history and government, geography, and the duties and rights of citizenship. Study of basic written and spoken English in a context specific to the naturalization application, interview, and civics questions. This class is for students of all English levels who are eligible to become U.S. Citizens.
Communication Skills
Increase ability to effectively communicate in English and gain confidence to move forward with personal, educational and career goals. Practice listening, speaking and pronunciation, learn about and use specific English for use in the community and life skills, and learn new vocabulary words. This class is for students with a beginning high to advanced English level who are comfortable using a computer.
Grammar & Writing I
This ESL basic grammar course will provide an introduction into the foundations of English grammar with topics covering parts of speech, sentence structure, simple and progressive verb tenses, and writing basics. This class is for students with a beginning to intermediate English level.
Grammar and Writing II
This course focuses on skills or competencies that students need to succeed in an academic program and is designed to build grammar and composition skills necessary for academic writing. Academic vocabulary is incorporated into the course. Additionally, students will utilize classroom technology (computers, laptops) and access online resources created to enhance grammar and composition skills. This class is for students with an intermediate high to advanced English level.
