Community Support Line

Whether folks are looking for service providers in their area or simply have questions about available support, the SCSL can be a helpful touchpoint.

Best for:

Clients & Community

Navigating the complexities of supporting newcomers can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone! The Switchboard Community Support Line (SCSL)—formerly the Welcome Corps Support Line (WCSL)—continues to provide guidance, resources, referrals, and more for community partners assisting refugees and other ORR-eligible newcomers. While originally focused on private sponsors, the SCSL has expanded to support a broader network of community partners, including service providers, organizations, and local groups that play a vital role in resettlement.

Whether you have questions about post-arrival services, local resources, or best practices in resettlement, our team is here to connect you with the support you need. You can access the SCSL by calling (212) 551-3100 or emailing SCSL@rescue.org. Reach out today and ensure the newcomers you serve have access to the resources that make a difference!
